As part of a cross-functional team, I worked on designing a customer loyalty program for FoodWorks and other independent supermarkets across Australia. Our goal was to increase shopper retention and engagement.
I created the brand look and feel and contributed to the touchpoints across the user journey to ensure a seamless and valuable customer experience.
The brand is fun, quirky and personable. It reflects a strong sense of community, giving perks and benefits that make consumers shopping experiences better.
